Dan, Just wanted to say thank you for going out on a limb with you "new" business. You provided the two of us a great time being able to rent your bikes. Bill was blown away with the scenery up in the mountains, having only been to Phoenix last January for the first time for the Barrett-Jackson auction. Thought I would drop you & Dan a line just to say thanks so much for the incredible service you guys provided on my recent trip to Phoenix last week. I'm sure you'll have no problem recalling John (from California) & myself. I was the one who had brought my highway pegs all the way from Fredericton, New Brunswick (Canada) just to find out that after you had installed one of the pegs the other one was missing the hinge pin which must have fallen out on the trip out there. You & Dan were very quick to accommodate me as you found a replacement pin for me in your shop. That really blew me away although I really shouldn't have been surprised as both John & I had commented how accommodating Dan had been in helping us reserve our bikes for our three day trip. I have rented Harleys before throughout the U.S. & was used to the standard treatment but you guys really provide an "extra value" package to the customer, firstly by leaving me with a very "good feel" on the initial phone call to inquire about renting & secondly by your complete willingness to please me. It was just a great experience from start to finish dealing with you folks. John & I have both mentioned it several times. It was great meeting you both & look forward to the next time. Take care,

Dan and Myla, I had to take out this time to let you know that we really appreciated all the time and energy you took to see that our ride was all that it could be. The weather did not cooperate as much as we would have hoped however, we were not disappointed at all. Your help was invaluable and the service is outstanding. Any and everyone will know, if they are headed to Arizona that, they'll have to rent bikes from Liberty Motorcycle Rentals to make their trip complete. Dan & Myla I want to tell you again how much I enjoyed the bike ride! One more time, thank you for your graciousness and generosity. It was great to be on two wheels again, the twisties were excellent, and I can now say I've ridden a Harley! But I must also tell you that as I think about that Monday, the part I'd rate highest was the opportunity to meet and enjoy the company of a brother. It was a blessing to this pastor. I know the lunch made you pressed for time, and I hope your wife wasn't too upset, but I'm sure glad we had the opportunity to visit and get to know one another. Isn't it amazing how two people who have never met can connect so quickly and easily because we're brothers in Christ? I'm going to continue to pray for your business, for you and for your family. And if you're EVER in Grand Rapids I'd love the opportunity to return the hospitality!! Craig MacDonald
