Hey Dan, Just wanted to thank you once again for making our trip a great one. The Goldwing was flawless (if a little large for us short people) and your help with the route and getting us back to the airport goes above and beyond (as usual). Thanks again. PS We never did get a picture with the bike. If you get a chance send a picture of just the bike (or with a couple swimsuit models) :) Our best to you and your family. Say hi to Delaney for me. If you get up this way let me know. Chicago's not that far away, and if you're in the Detroit area I'm sure I could scrounge up a bike for you. Joe Langlois

Hi Dan, We made it back home and back to work :( today. Sorry we didn't get a chance to say goodbye to you yesterday. We positively had a spectacular time and I wanted to thank you for all your help. You went beyond what we expected and we really appreciated it. Karlo said that was the best birthday of his life! As he put it, "Old age has its advantages." Now I think I created a monster. Karlo has had his nose in motorcycle magazines non-stop since we left for AZ. All he's talking about now is "next time we go...." Hmmm, maybe when I turn 40....we'll see! Thanks again for everything - especially for hooking us up with 4 straight days of perfect weather. That was a nice touch! Sincerely,

Dear Dan and Myla, It was a pleasant surprise to find your 'picture card' in the mail today and we thank you for your kind words. Looking at the gray Belgian clouds and shivering in the Winter chill, we're really counting the days that separate us from our next visit to Arizona (next February, YESSSSSS !). In the meantime we try and warm our old bones while looking at our warm pictures from last Fall. Amongst them the one I'm sending you herewith which my micro digital Canon took from THE BIKE and its pilot before the famous littlest school in Strawberry, AZ. See you next February and accept our warmest Seasons Greetings Marc and Nana DE GROOF

I have to tell you that my rental from Dan was an extremely pleasant experience. As I was walking off the plane the phone rang and Dan indicated he was down at door 4 south to pick me up. I got there in 2 minutes and he whisked me away to the Avondale shop to get the HD Heritage Classic which was well cleaned, serviced and waiting for me. I loaded up the saddle bags and was allowed to leave my duffle in the shop while on my 4 day ride. The bike performed flawlessly for the 1230 miles I put on it in those 3.5 days. This bike is the closest thing to my Roadstar that I have ridden. Easy to ride for extended periods (500 miles one day). But the most impressive thing was the service provided by Dan and Jerry. I will be back. They got me to the airport is plenty of time and made the whole experience simple and quick. Thanks to you and to them,

Planning to travel from Australia to Phoenix to see relatives, I was keen to see some of the scenery Arizona had to offer. After a Google search of websites I was impressed by the information and approach of Dan. Late one afternoon (Phoenix time) I rang your Phoenix office from Australia to ask about types of rental bikes and rates. In the first instance I dealt with Jerry who could not have been more helpful and answered all my questions and took my booking. The telephone follow up in Phoenix was professional and friendly and when I arrived at the shop to collect my bike it was ready for me to ride away! My Harley Road King was brand new and beautifully prepared. Nothing was overlooked. Dan gave me some useful touring advice and was genuinely interested in my plans. I have ridden bikes throughout Australia and New Zealand and southern Arizona compares favorably. I can recommend Dan to anyone thinking about a riding experience in the Phoenix area. They won't regret it!! Regards,

I just wanted to send you a note to tell you what wonderful experience we had renting a bike from Dan in Phoenix. He was a pleasure to deal with, very professional but at the same time very welcoming. He couldn't have been any more accommodating. Jerry's a great guy too. Sincerely,

Hello Dan, My wife just informed me about your latest e-mail. I have to admit that I am more than impressed by the serious, professional and courteous way you're treating your customers. It seems now a pity that I have lost so much time (and really almost my life last Spring) while dealing with the "not-so-professional" successors of XXXXX XXX XXXXX, the latter being a man with whom for many years I had a most pleasant relationship, also based on mutual trust and loyalty (to use some expensive terminology....). I thank you in advance for your trust in me which I certainly won't shame. It's now with even more pleasure that I'll be counting the days until I'll be able once again to travel to (and throughout) your beloved Arizona. Looking forward to your further news regarding the new bikes, I remain, With kind regards,

Dear Dan, Thank-you for your card which I received the other day. I can't tell you how happy I was when I picked the bike up from your shop and finally drove out. As you know I had previously been serving in Iraq for five months with the British Army and I spent a lot of that time thinking about driving one of your bikes up to the Grand Canyon. When the big day arrived it really was fantastic. Your web site was certainly the best, hence the reason I chose you, and you really made the whole hiring process very simple. As you know I took the Fatboy up to the Grand Canyon where I asked Becky to marry me! It was two of the most memorable days of my life. Thank-you very much for making the whole thing so enjoyable. I hope we can come over for an anniversary and take another bike up to the GC. Wedding plans are now the focus, we plan to get married in September next year, down in Weymouth, a nice little town on the South coast of England. Hopefully the Army doesn't send me away anywhere during that time! I have attached a photo of me at work in Iraq as you requested. The other is one I took of the Fatboy, I use it as a rather cool screen saver! Thanks once again, good luck with the business. Neill and Becky
